The time spent at Bellflower High School Marshawn was a Tri Sport athlete played Football, Basketball and Track. Football was his outlet to success. Growing up he played for the Bellflower Broncos. OCJAAF "Orange County Junior All American Football". First year playing Coach Marshawn made "All Conference" as a Defensive Back. While attending Bellflower High School he played running back, receiver, and returned kicks. Marshawn was known as a Athlete. During his Varsity years he earned All Conference and All CIF awards. In 2006-2007 all league 2nd team and 2007-2008 all league 2nd team, both years rushed over 1,000+ yards, 500 yards receiving and average 20+ yards a return. After graduating from BHS Coach Marshawn attended Cerritos College in Norwalk, Ca was named a starter for two years then transferred to Southern Oregon University. After Southern Oregon University Coach Marshawn got invited to the NFL regional combine and had a few CFL workouts.

I train football players but also train ATHLETES with speed, agility, footwork, position skill sets, strength and conditioning drills. We will start with a dynamic warm up, stretch and get to work!
