I Coached Up my first athlete
from a 29-second 200 meter to a 21.8 second 200 meter
from a 5ft 0inch High Jump to a 6ft 0in High Jump
from a 23-second 110 to a 14.44 second 110 meter High Hurdles
and to a STATE CHAMPIONSHIP SILVER MEDAL at 110 meter High Hurdles

I couldn't be more disappointed. He showed up 25 minutes late and in blue jeans. He did not go over any of the mechanics or fundamentals, like I asked. He had no clue how to warm up or stretch. Then, knowing that my son has flat feet and Sever's disease he was about to have him run with no sneakers, which is when I had to end the session after about 25 clueless minutes.
