I have been a Division I and II Intercollegiate Track and Field & Strength and Conditioning Coach for 10 years. My philosophy is to target each individuals needs and asses their strengths and weaknesses when designing and prescribing workouts. My strengths are my abilities to target weaknesses and strengthen those areas which allows total body strength to grow and thrive. Injury prevention is a priority when working with athletes and clients. I work with athletes and clients of ALL ages, abilities and backgrounds. I move at my clients pace and skill level and progress as my client improves and is ready for a challenge.

My clients include athletes working to improve upon strength, speed, power and acceleration. I also work with clients wishing to improve upon their physiques whether it is for a competition or a body transformation. I guarantee results in a time and fashion that equates to success!

Marianne Hutchens is the best coach you will find. I have had over twenty coaches through my life and not one of them compares to Coach Hutchens. When she coaches, she doesn't yell and scream at you, she motivates and understands how hard you have to work to be an athlete. She helps you by being by your side every step of the way. She is also extremely knowledgeable in what exercises work what muscle groups, what to eat to maximize your training, relaxation and meditation techniques, and weight training. I had her as a coach when I ran on the Colorado School of Mines Track team and she was able to drop my time in the 100 meter dash from 11.00 to 10.69 and in the 200 meter dash from 22.4 to 21.9. I love your meal plan. I’ve honestly tried a lot of “diets” that I just haven’t stuck to because it is really easy for me to loose weight just not keep it off. Typically, I do what I need to do to get to my goal and then gain it all back because I don’t like the food or the counting points or calories. I feel like I have been fairly consistent with your plan, more so than others for a few reasons. The fact that your plan provides me with real, unprocessed food that I can buy at the store and feed my family. This makes life easy for me. I also love the full day’s worth of meals that I don’t have to think about and its relatively easy (although you have to be super organized). I love that I am not hungry and eating every few hours is key and new to me! Most importantly is I have incorporated it into my life. I drink wine a few times a week, I go out to lunch and dinner a few times a week. But I also feel like I get back on the horse pretty easily and I don’t feel deprived.
