More About Coach Mandy

I have been training athletes and general clients for 10 years now. I have worked with general clients at small botique studios and in home, and worked with professional athletes at Landow Performance as well as tactical athletes at West Metro Fire.

I was a D1 Soccer player and have been active my entire life- gymnastics, basketball, horseback riding, running, skiing, hiking. I love to help people discover their passion with movement.

My sessions are an hour long and include a 10 minute dynamic warm up to address any imbalances the body has that day, a 25 minute movement session to help those become more efficient while running or changing directions and then a 25-30 minute weight session focusing on endurance (also can be a cutting phase), hypertrophy (or muscle growth phase), strength and power.
