More About Coach Malorie

I am currently getting a bachelors in kinesiology at Penn State. I have a passion for helping young athletes get faster, stronger, and prevent injuries with these strategies. I am young and have 2 surgeries, If you or your child have had an injury I can connect and help them get better.

I played college basketball at Houghton University and later Transferred to Penn State Harrisburg. during this tenure I got out of my ACL brace and was in the best shape. I unfortunately had a second knee injury that required surgery an had to give up my playing days at 20 years old. With that time cut short I have poured my passion for sports into helping athletes prevent these injuries and become elite in strength and conditioning.

you can expect a dynamic warmup into some lead up sprints. We will break a sweat before the real work begins. Sessions will be broken down when goals are discussed. From increasing first step, to preventing injuries, all the way to vertical jump.
