Former Division 1 Football Player, looking to share my knowledge with players who are trying to improve their skills and stay in shape. I have worked at Iowa State and Auburn's football camps and trained kids in the summer while home from school. Specialize in working with defensive backs and linebackers.
Played college football at Iowa State and Auburn. Played in a national championship game while at Auburn. Just finished up rookie mini-camp with the Minnesota Vikings and Washington Redskins. My twin brother plays for the Minnesota Vikings.
Warm up/stretch, speed and agility drills, position specific drills (will be based on the client's individual areas of need), strength/conditioning drill. Session can also include game film review to identify strengths and areas for improvements to maximize the drill work that we do.
