Client Reviews

Let me just say if your current coach is not someone who believes in you, tells you from their heart they literally practice in what they preach and is not checking in with you in between sessions... that's not the kind of coach you want. COACH LYDIA has been amazing, I signed up on coach up with the intention of wanting to do my first half marathon without injuries (having had some mild knee/hip issues in the past), the tips and tricks and hard work to training on HOW-TO BE a runner. It's a different world out there for runners, we are literally built different. That also means we need to train differently. Coach Lydia has taught me so much and I am now addicted to the progress. I will say it's not linear, we've been going on about 6 months now and I've had my share of set backs. A month off here and there due to pushing too hard too fast and other weeks of just being sick.

It sucks to have multiple set backs, but that is part of life and when Lydia believes in you, you also believe in yourself too. I cannot wait to see her in between my half marathon training! I cannot believe I signed up for 3 halves. With any great teacher, you can do a lot.

TIP: a great coach can only go so far, so a good student should also be putting in the work and meeting them halfway, if not more than halfway. YOU GOT THIS!

Great energy! Great with the kids

Lydia is a true gem! Her energy and positive attitude is off the charts and my daughter (12) was instantly comfortable.
Lydia asked about my daughter and what our goals were and then took it from there. She put her thru a fun but challenging work out- appropriate for her age and skill level - and my daughter asked when Lydia could come back! We are overjoyed to have found Lydia!

Love her!!! Truly helped the youngest I nanny for change his form and improve his speed and movement and the oldest is now looking to join track!!!

Coach Lydia inspires my son to run faster and further. Her indominable positivity and boundless energy can overcome even the most obdurate attitude on the toughest days of training.

Coach Lydia is awesome. She’s super nice, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you achieve your goals. I strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a coach at any stage of training. She’s flexible and patient and a fun person.

Coach Lydia is very positive and has a great attitude. She also does a great job of explaining everything. My daughter was tired but also enjoyed working with Coach Lydia.

Love Lydia!

Super friendly/upbeat and knowledgeable.

You could not find a more encouraging Coach than Lydia. Her energy and enthusiasm are off the charts. She motivates even the total novice. Our kid never participated in organized sports other than school phys ed. He suddenly decided to "qualify" for high school cross country. We wanted to make sure he didn't exacerbate a slight limp we noticed. Coach Lydia only had two weeks to work with our teen before the try-out. She was incredibly accommodating with her schedule. She could have insisted meeting every day (earning more). Instead, she emphasized the body needed to heal, and made sure working out was effective. Most notably, our teen said she made the twice weekly hour session "VERY FUN, but really challenging."

We never paid much attention to brands, unless a doctor advised something. Lydia makes it easy. Having worked for major big brands, her knowledge of product seemed encyclopedic. She provided links for shoes, work out bands, even massage rollers! Before Lydia, we didn't even know there were "neutral vs stability" shoes.

She is passionate about running and passionate about the body. She emphasizes balance, body mechanics, and muscle monitoring. Even if you have flat feet, you may even opt to ditch the podiatrist's inserts.

Her commitment to the whole student permeates the relationship in every way! In a word, she is WONDERFUL.

Lydia cares about you! Her workouts were hard, and she taught me tons of exercises to help strengthen my body and improve my running. She's super upbeat and interested in helping you.

Coach Lydia was absolutely a great inspiration and motivation! Very professional and helpful. I was experiencing severe back pain due to running. After a couple training sessions with her my back pain was gone. She helped me understand running on a different level. She educated me with tons of training techniques for my half marathon and was constantly checking my progress and health on a daily basis. I'd highly recommend Lydia to anyone who's looking for professional training.

Coach Lydia is AMAZING!! My daughter has connected with her and looks forward to their early morning session. She has felt a difference in her running endurance after only one session. So lucky to have found Coach Lydia and looking forward to working with her in the future.
