More About Coach Luke
I have been teaching swimming technique, visualization, meditation and mobility for over 15 years. I enjoy working with all ages and skills levels of athletes. I have coached from beginners to Olympic Medalists.
I was a Minnesota state champion, qualified for my first US Olympic trials in high school, swam division 1 at the university of Arizona, and have been ranked top 100 in the world in the 50 free & 100 free. I am currently training for my 4th US Olympic Trials!
We will focus on mental training, goals, mobility and nutrition as well as swimming technique and high intensity or raced pace training in the Pool.
