I have experience coaching youth, high school, collegiate and professional athletes of multiple sports. I've coached collegiately at the University of Tampa, Where I earned a Master's degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science. I've also worked in the private sector, starting at Diesel Optimization in Tampa, FL, then to Real Speed Sports Training in Salem, NH and now currently Bando Performance in Wellesley, MA. I have been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2021.
