I mentor & coach players of all ages from 5 years old, middle schoolers, high schoolers to D1 players.

I have stayed in the amateur side of things in order to be able to watch my kids grow up. I played in the MLB but haven’t decided to coach professionally yet.

I’ve been instructing private lessons for the last 4 years as well as coach various travel teams.

First session is always evaluation. Start evaluation with tee work and will take a look at their swing inefficiencies. Move on to front toss and take a look at how their mechanics are once the ball starts moving. After that I will start throwing live to them and continue to evaluate their swing with me throwing over hand. Lastly, I will video record their swings while they hit off a pitching machine with some velocity. Once they have completed the evaluation, I will get together with the player and/or parents and break down their mechanical inefficiencies and explain to them how to correct them with at home drills and when they come in as well.
I will also send them a detailed email of everything I explained to them so they can have it for future reference.
