Amazing person and coach... you can feel his enthusiasm for both coaching and the sport...

Coach Lionel was amazing, he gave my daughter a set of drills that worked on her form, speed and strength. He was positive and very enthusiastic which made her want to work harder and push herself. He was extremely easy to talk to which made the session formal but not awkward.

We noticed a difference from day one with the techniques coach gave my daughter. I can only imagine the long term impact.

After the first session I see big improvement in my daughters performance. Coach Lionel is a great coach.

Coach Nau has proven to be an exceptional coach who is passionate about track and field. He has taken the time to understand where my son was from a performance standpoint and has helped him to achieve his full potential. Coach Nau teaches athletes not just how but why and I believe that makes all the difference in the world. Drills are no longer just a drill for the sake of doing a drill, but each drill is given purpose and meaning. I have recommended Coach Nau to my friends and they have not been disappointed.

Coach Nau is an excellent coach.

Coach Lionel is s great coach! I would definitely recommend him.

After just one session I see a huge difference in my son's motivation to practice, stretch , and workout. He is very excited to work with Coach Lionel. My son is going to bed early to wake up early to practice and workout on his own. That would have NEVER happened without Coach Lionel! Thanks so much.

Coach Lionel's has been great to work with. He quickly assessed my Daughters skill level and put together a comparable workout that fit her needs. He has a great personality and works extremely well with teenagers. Additionally, his knowledge in track and field is unmatched. If you have any shortcomings in your track skills Coach Lionel is your man.

Behind any great athlete, there is an even better coach. And I have found a great coach: Coach Nau over the past year. He is someone that has a lot of knowledge about track and he has a great way of showing that to his athletes. I have personally benefited from his knowledge and inspiration with him as a coach. Because he was always behind me pushing and having faith in me even when I didn't have those things for myself. Along with him being a great coach, he is a great man and a great friend. Me, being a young man in college he was able to help me develop not only in the athletic aspect of life, by setting personal best in all of my events, but he helped me to grow as a person. This is very important for any coach of any sport at any level because everyone has a life outside of their sport. Coach Nau was a coach that would always go the extra mile for any of his athletes and then go over what they ask for and exceed their expectations. He is the best coach that I have ever had in my life because of his knowledge of the sport and his ability to help with things outside of track. He is a great coach, a great friend and I would not trade him for any other coach.
When I began working with Coach Nau I was completely new to track. I was in the midst of my college soccer career when I began to realize that I was faster than the average college athlete (in Division 2 athletics) at Queens University and was encouraged to try running track. The head coach threw me in the 400 meters group and at that time, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. In the beginning I couldn’t even correctly execute my warm up drills, my running form sucked to say the least, and I was so weak that I couldn’t even finish my workouts sometimes. In no time, I was keeping up with my other teammates who had been running for years. Coach Nau transformed me! If I were to describe my Coach in three words it would be perfectionist, passionate, and patient. He’s honestly unlike any other coach I’ve had before. At my first track meet I ran my 400m in about 63.8 seconds (in December). In my last race (in April) I ran a 59.75, which was the goal we had been working towards all season. He did everything in his power to help me to that point. Over holiday breaks, he’d even pick me up from my house and work with me one-on-one at a track, something a coach had never done for me. He always has so much advices and wisdom from his own professional experience to share. His workouts are definitely challenging, but without a doubt they work. Trusting him was never an issue; he knows the 400 like the back of his hand. Coach Nau has been so positive and a blessing to any athlete he works with.
