Training athletes of all levels since 2007. Runners looking to PR in 5Ks, moms getting back into fitness, military personnel for fitness tests, new marathon runners, triathletes, and fitness competitors. I offer comprehensive training programs to include running workouts, strength and conditioning workouts, and mobility and injury prevention drills. NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, USA Track and Field Level 1 Coach, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, and NASE Speed and Explosion Specialist.

Competed in high school track and field in 800, 1 mile, and 3200m. Ran cross country and indoor track (1 mile, 3200m) at University of Delaware. USA Collegiate Cycling at University of Delaware (ranked nationally junior year). I have ran 5Ks, 10Ks, 1/2 marathons, and marathons (including qualifying and running Boston Marathon). Maxed physical fitness test (100%) for 5 years while in military. Competed in sprint triathlons to a half ironman.

For 55.00 a month, first I would provide an initial telephone consult to gather information on client's goals, previous experience, and any injuries. Then, I would build comprehensive program for athlete that would provide weekly workouts as well as unlimited email access for questions. Running plan will be based on athletes goals: sprint work, hills, tempo runs, speed sessions. Additionally, the plan would include stability drills, form drills and strength and conditioning training. For the month, I would provide one personal training session that would focus on running form and include a running session with drills and conditioning.

Running a marathon has long been a goal of mine that I have put off training for years for one reason or another. When I decided to register for a race and began my training with Linsey I felt confident and excited that I would not only meet my goal of training for a marathon but perform well on race day! While stationed at the Hickam AFB, Hawaii, Linsey and I trained together for one year. Not only was she my all time favorite training partner for running and cycling, but she is an incredibly dedicated athlete. She has the physiological knowledge of how to balance hard training days with easy training days. She is a great runner and cyclist, and over the course of the year that we trained together she and I improved together. Linsey has a special ability to motivate and encourage athletes to reach their potential. Our days together on those long rides around the island will go down in history as the best days on the bike for me.
Before getting started, Linsey asked me a series of questions to gauge where I was physically and to determine what our end goal should be. She learned about my history, medical issues, and most importantly (at least to me), she learned what motivated me to achieve my goal...she used that motivation along the way as a reminder to push and work hard! In the beginning, Linsey took the time to check my form. It was important to her that I had good form to prevent injuries. She also explained her philosophies to me and how we were going to achieve the goal. Linsey sent workout plans on a weekly basis. Anytime I had questions she was happy to answer them. In the end, I felt and looked better than ever! I was confident and met my goals I was aiming for thanks to Linsey's personalized plan for me! I would absolutely recommend working with her!
