More About Coach Lexis
With over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and nutritionist dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential. For the past five years, I’ve worked professionally as a coach, training clients across a wide range of ages—from teens to seniors. My background includes hands-on experience in middle school, high school, and collegiate athletic programs. I currently own and operate my own fitness company while also serving as a trainer at a nationally recognized franchise. My mission is to deliver personalized, effective, and sustainable training solutions that empower every client to lead a healthier, stronger life.
Accomplishments are often subjective, but my journey in track and field and weight training has been marked by meaningful milestones. I’ve competed in numerous states, including Georgia, Arkansas, Florida, Texas, and California, gaining diverse athletic experience along the way. In the realm of weight training, results speak for themselves. I’ve had the privilege of helping many clients achieve their fitness, weight loss, and overall wellness goals. Personally, I’ve undergone a significant transformation—growing from 108 pounds to a healthy 145—through consistent training and discipline. My experience competing at the collegiate level gave me a solid foundation in the core principles of strength training. I place a strong emphasis on proper technique to prevent injury and believe that a structured stretching routine is essential for long-term physical health and performance.
No two sessions are ever the same. Each workout is tailored specifically to your personal goals. That said, I like to incorporate a mix of cardio and strength training—something that works well for most people. During our training, I’ll also provide general guidance on what to start and stop including in your diet to help speed up your results. We kick things off with the more intense exercises while your energy and strength are at their peak.
