More About Coach Levon

I have been coaching semi pro football for the last 3 years and also have been training athletes for the last 2. I have certification in personal training and strength and conditioning from expert rating .

I played defensive end for the University of Southern Miss from 2000-2004 where I was a four year lettermen. I was part of a conference USA championship team.

A session with me varies so it's not mundane. I do speed work ,agility work ,and also position specific drills.Such as ladder drills resistant training.
