More About Coach Levi

For the past 3 years, I have worked as a personal coach for athletes at a corrective exercise facility. We work on training functional movement patterns while trying to fix form. My athletes are runners, triathletes, and individuals just beginning their fitness journey! I work with them on running technique, breathing patterns, and strengthening exercises to improve their running form! As a physical therapy student, I know training techniques and injury prevention methods for both athletes and those looking to sign up for their first race!

I did all types of sports growing up in Minnesota. I played soccer, ran track, and cross-country skied in high school. However, most of my major achievements have come from outside the educational system. I ran my first 50-mile race, Fans, at the age of thirteen. I proceeded to run another 50 miler, Voyageur, at fifteen.

Since then, I have run seven marathons, skied the American Birkebeiner, skied the Swedish Vasaloppet, run the R2R2R, finished 5th at the 2026 Adrenaline Night Run 50km, and finished my first hundred-miler in 2024 at the Mogollon Monster! I am currently training to run the TDS UTMB race 155km in August 2026 and the Superior 100 mile in September 2026!

My coaching comes with one to two sessions per week. I train athletes by either showing them strengthening exercises, taking them through a running workout, or working to minimize any pain they might be having by doing manual therapy. I also make my clients running plans so that they have a way to make it to race day. I provide in-person coaching once or twice a week, focusing on what the client wants or needs during those sessions while remaining a virtual coach and accountability partner during the rest of the week.

I also provide one time only running plans for athletes. This includes an initial consult and a running plan for your next race. I will also remain an accountability partner during your training block including weekly feedback and flexible training protocols so you are not stuck with a plan you do not like.

Client Reviews

Nick Winters (Testimonial)

After I found myself in PT due to some knee pain after running a half marathon, I came to Levi wanting some coaching for my running form. Not only did he do an in-depth running analysis, but he also diagnosed some root causes for the knee pain and overall tightness that might be causing it. After a 1 hour session, I am now more knowledgeable about what I need to work on to fix my knee AND understand the proper running technique. I'd recommend Levi to any runner, new or experienced, looking to improve their skills to avoid injury and/or aid in recovering from one.
