More About Coach Leon
I have coached high school and collegiate athletes for 7 years now. Having done such while competing myself, I have been able to understand and apply advice in a unique way many coaches can’t. My expertise in biomechanics, physics, and the psychology of movement also blend to create a wholistic knowledge that can help improve any athlete that comes my way, regardless of age, sport or experience level
I competed 4 years at Boston University, finishing with all-conference honors on 3 seperate occasions. I am currently 3rd all time in the 100m and 200m, whilst holding the school record for the 4 x 100m on two seperate squads.
Immediate short term improvements to speed accompanied with “homework” to aid in long term improvements to speed. If the athlete has histories of injury I like to prioritize rehabilitation aswell.
