More About Coach Trey
I've coached at the varsity level for 6 years at Plano West Senior High and McKinney High School. Previously I coached a middle school team while also organizing and coaching a youth football team in the Spring Valley Athletic Association.
High school (L.V. Berkner): Sophomore of the Year, All City, All District, Rated #34 C/O 2005 DT's, All-Star Game Participant
College (Baylor University): 4YR Letterman, 3YR Starter, 2007 Big XII Honor Roll, 2009 Team Captain
Professional: Undrafted to Atlanta Falcons and two year starter in AFL for Kansas City Command.
We will always start the session with a dynamic warm up to get our juices flowing. We will then work on our footwork, hands, and technique followed by some chalk talk. After the previous is completed we will moved into our high intensity agility drills working on our stamina while also working on our frame of mind. We will then close out the session with a cool down and some stretching while analyzing the days work load.
