More About Coach Lauren
I have been a throws coach at that the collegiate level for 7 years. Five of those years at Swarthmore College and 2 at Widener University. I have also coach athletes in the Para-Olympic and Adaptive circuit. I have also coached athletes at the high school, youth and masters level. I specialize in the throwing events including the shot put, discus, hammer and javelin. USTF Level 1 Certification, CPR certified, Child Abuse clearance can be provided.
As a Division 3 National Champion in the Shot Put and 4-time All-American, I am overall more proud of my coaching accomplishments. I have coached NCAA All-Americans, National Qualifiers, Conference Champions. I have helped many athletes set school records and become better athletes than they could have hoped for. I am mostly interested in helping any level athlete reach their goals
