I served as a personal Strength and Conditioning Coach to a current professional female basketball player.I coached Soccer for 2 years (ages 11-16 years old ). I have trained soldiers while serving in the U S Army as a Fitness Trainer. I am currently a Certified Personal Trainer. I am studying to be a Kinesiologist ( Study of Human Movement). I have worked with many Division 1 athletes in getting stronger and faster as a athlete. I have coached at, Middle School Level, High School level, and also worked with Professional Athletes. I have worked and coach at San Diego Mesa College, Hoke County High School and the U.S Army. Lets have fun I promise you will get Stronger Mentally and Physically Stronger and Faster.

I ran Professionally for the U S Army as a 10 miler. I competed in Washington D.C, Kansas, and Missouri. I received the Commander's Award for finished in the top 1% out of 31,00 people (221st place). Ran 10 miles in under 1 hour competing alongside with Olympic Runners. State Runner in Track and Field in North Carolina and MVP Distance Runner 3 years. Also Soccer Coaches award in High School. Cross Country MVP Runner and Regional finalist 2 years.

Each Workout session will begin will a warm up to get the blood flowing and muscles loose. Following we will stretch the muscles from head to toe. After (depending on the schedule workout) we will start with reps and sets based how challenging the workout is. For example, if we work out on a track we will do sprints (timed) based on the athlete or individual. I will also teach technique on how to breathe and forms (depending on the session). Consistency is the key, so pushing individuals to the next level is what I strive for and I am very efficent in bringing it out in others.
