More About Coach LaMonte

I have been coaching athletes of all levels for the past 15yrs. I have worked at Ft. Carson Co, Fitness Advantage Ca, Southern Cal Cheetahs, LVSD pop Warner and currently owne a private facility. I train teens and pre-teens. I have several certification from ACE, NSCA, Crossfit L1, Olympic weightlifting

I boxed on the U.S. Army boxing team and received a Arcom medal for achievement. My competition were in Colorado, Utah, New Mexico. I also won powerlifting meet and overall lifter. Competed in world fittest athlete was 1st runner up.

What a client can expect is a evaluation and assement workout to determine limitations, weakness or past injuries. Once that is done a before beginning any workout we do a dynamic warm up because you never stretch a cold muscle. Depending on program we work slow and build up with progression wether its drills, lifting, plyometrics or speed and agility.
