I have trained in yoga for 15 years all over Missouri. I received my Yoga Teacher Certification through the NCCPT in May 2015 and will be completing my 200- Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in August 2015. Currently I coach yoga to individuals and small groups to all ages.
I also have experience in coaching and training for Volleyball and Pilates

I have been an athlete my whole life. I excelled in Lacrosse and Volleyball. I played Volleyball in high school, on club and in college at Webster University where we won our conference each year I played. I have experience in weight lifting and nutrition. Yoga has been the absolute constant in my life and athletic career as it has helped me stay focused, stay lean, agile and flexible.

-Currently completing 200YTT at Yoga Six in St. Louis
-CPR Certified through the American Red Cross

A typical session will go as follows:
-Breathing Exercises
-Warmup Preparations
-Sun Salutations
-Standing postures
-Arm balances
-Inversions
-Abdominal and/or arm strength postures
-Backbends
-Possible Inversions
-Twists and/or forward bends
-Corpse (Savasana)
