More About Coach Kyle

10+ years experience in the strength & conditioning, sports performance, fitness industry. I have worked at every level imaginable! From preschool gym class, middle school, high school, collegiate, professional, and general population I have a wide range of coaching/training experience that allows me to customize and build programs for everyone! There is no goal I haven’t trained someone for!

I currently have been a division 2 head strength and conditioning coach for the past 6 years.

I was a multi-sport athlete growing up. I played every sport imaginable but mainly baseball, football, basketball, and soccer. I always dreamed of playing D1 football, and not being the most athletic I knew I had to work for it. That is where my love of sports performance and fitness started. Luckily enough for me my hard work paid off and I was able to achieve me goal!

Now as a strength and conditioning specialist I use my personal and professional experiences to help others achieve their goals!

Ultimately a session depends on what you’re goals are. No two people are exactly the same and because of that I work with you to design a program that fits your current needs and experience. All training sessions are designed on scientific principles that will allow you continually grow and reach new goals!
