More About Coach Kyle

I currently coach at Franklin Central High School. I also help out with the strength and conditioning classes during school. I typically work with ages from 14-18 years old.

In high school I earned all state honors in 3 individual events. I placed 4th in the state in the 60m dash, 7th in the 100m dash, and 9th in the 200m dash at state in 2018. I competed in college at Indiana Tech where I was apart of 2 NAIA National Championships.

My clients can expect an open minded/ specific needs that they want to focus on. I have a wide range of knowledge of training. These training sessions can involve blocks, resistance training, plyometrics, form drills, agility, and strength training.
