More About Coach Krystal

In 1998, I began running track and field. In the four years I ran winter spring track, I was a sprinter, helping my relay team win division and national titles. Strength and Conditioning was a huge part of that success.
Presently, I am a personal trainer, using my experience in sports and the military to design one of a kind programs. My emphasis is on increasing endurance and physical ability.

Every session will include a warmup, muscle endurance exercises, core work, and stretching. Depending on your specific goals, we will always change up the strategy to suit your needs.

I expect you to be warmed up before we get started as not to waste valuable time. After the initial warm-up, I have my clients begin active and dynamic stretches in preparation for the work. Whether it's a run day or strength day we will warm up accordingly. Our warm-up will be 10-15 minutes. Next is the workout. We will spend 30-40 minutes in working on endurance, strength, and agility. Just 5 minutes for cool-down. Then you are expected to spend 10-15 minutes stretching on your own.
