More About Coach Kristina
I'm a stand-up paddleboard coach, registered yoga instructor, and competitive athlete based on Florida's Emerald Coast. I work with beginners who want to learn the fundamentals, recreational paddlers looking to build confidence on the water, and experienced athletes who want to improve technique, efficiency, and race performance.
My coaching philosophy is simple: meet athletes where they are and help them build skills one step at a time. Whether we're working on paddle stroke mechanics, balance, endurance, mobility, or recovery, every session is tailored to your goals and experience level.
Beyond coaching, I bring more than 20 years of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and Functional Medicine Registered Nurse, giving me a strong understanding of movement, breathing, performance, and recovery. I combine that clinical background with years of coaching and competing to create sessions that are safe, supportive, and results-driven.
If you're stepping onto a paddleboard for the first time, training for competition, or using yoga to improve mobility and prevent injury, I'd love to help you reach your goals and enjoy the process along the way.

Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) specializing in mobility, balance, breathwork, and performance
Every session is personalized to your goals, experience level, and interests. Whether you're looking to improve your stand-up paddleboarding skills, deepen your yoga practice, or combine both into one integrated training session, we'll create a plan that fits your needs.
A typical 60-minute session includes an assessment of your goals, individualized instruction, hands-on coaching, and time to review progress and answer questions. Paddle sessions may focus on stroke mechanics, balance, turning, endurance, race preparation, or open-water confidence. Yoga sessions can emphasize mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, breathwork, recovery, or injury prevention.
For clients looking for a more comprehensive experience, paddleboarding and yoga can be combined into an extended personalized session that develops both performance on the water and recovery off the water.
I also offer small-group coaching, beginner paddle clinics, race preparation clinics, technique workshops, and customized group training for teams, organizations, and private events.
