More About Coach Kortney

I've been a Strength and Conditioning coach for the last 8 years. I've worked with the best High School programs in Westchester and NYC. ( Stepinac basketball and football, Iona Prep football, New Rochelle Basketball and Football, Mount Vernon Basketball, Fordham Prep Football and baseball, Mount Saint Michael Football, Spellman Basketball.)

I played high school basketball and won the Class AA state championship, later losing to Kemba Walker and Rice High School in the NYSPHSAA. I received a scholarship to Play D2 basketball and Lax!

We host one on one sessions, Vertimax training sessions, and group training. Upper body, Lower body, plyometrics, speed and agility workouts. Our workouts are designed to help athletes take their game to the next level!
