More About Coach Kim

I have trained/coached athletes of all ages from 5-85 both in a gym and outdoor setting. I am certified in Olympic and Power lifting and am a L3 CrossFit Instructor. I have coached both youth club Cross Country and Track and have also been coaching these sports at the High School level for 7 years.

I went to a small HS with no athletic program so I did not get into sports until college. I ran a little at the jr. College level and then got into weight lifting and bodybuilding. I then took time off for marriage and a family. As my girls got older I discovered CrossFit and got into trail running.
I now enjoy bringing my workout philosophy and experience to both the young and old.

Myself and Coach Felton T have designed NCE-North County Elite.
Together we have designed a program to improve an athletes running technique, speed and endurance. This includes warm-up drills, running(with proper form), agility and strength and conditioning.
Each workout includes all of the above usually done in small group settings. All workouts can be used in preparation for a specific sport not only running i.e. Soccer, football, basketball.
Workouts can also be scaled to accommodate an injury or a handicap.
