As a certified personal trainer for Workout Anytime, each day I am tasked with training clients to improve their way of living whether that be adding muscle,shedding weight or living a healthy lifestyle. With knowledge in speed and agility as well as strength and conditioning I offer a variety of different techniques and skills to help clients take that next step in their playing careers. With patience and results I am open to working with any age group that is dedicated and willing to learn.

A walk on Running back from Georgia Southern University who played in the triple option. During my time there I learned alot regarding drills and conditioning as well as discipline. During my last semester I took on a internship working in the video department at Georgia State for their football team. I currently am able to film games and individual drills as well as practices to show my client techniques and mechanics that needs to be sharpened. Also with me filming games and practices I will give my client the upper edge in having game tape to give to colleges.

Clients can expect Fundamental drills that aim at working on their footwork, hand and eye coordination as well as body mechanics. With experience in personal training my strength and conditioning sessions will focus on the client first increasing their range on motion, as well as strengthening the core and overall body musculature.The client will become stronger both mentally and physically.
