Sessions will always begin with a quick briefing to discuss the tasks of the day and do a routine check in on overall health, energy, spirit, ect. From there the warm up will begin and will typically last no more than 10 minutes. Following the warm up comes select workouts for the day that are strategically combined to fit the requests of the client by increasing strength, balance, agility, power, and endurance. All workouts will end with a cooldown exercise and stretching. This will increase elasticity in the muscles for minimal sorness and easier recovery.
