More About Coach Khanishah

I have experience in training & coaching at a high school/collegiate level of Track & Field. I have designed fitness schedules for clients and helped educate about healthy and active lifestyles. Also I help with learning proper form when exercising and lifting. I am not certified with any certifications, but I have enough experience with fitness and health that I can give you just the workouts you need and more!

I have earned All-American & First Team Honors, and have earned a Big Ten Championship in Women's Track & Field in 2014, I am a 4X NCAA Regional Qualifier all as a collegiate athlete. I have been inducted into the Iowa High School Track & Field Hall of Fame just this 2017 year as a stand out for high school athletics. I continue to earn achievements by helping my clients not on paper but with life changing results!

A client can expect great outcomes when training with me. Workouts are all designed based off the client, no one is ever treated the same as far as "individual fitness." Sessions will be intense and always worth it. You are meant to feel the burn but never be burnt out. Workouts will build you up but never break you. A session plan: will consist of 45 minutes to 1 hour of training, including a warm-up and a cool-down of your choice.

If you want someone who is tough and knows what they're doing, then Khanishah is definitely my first and only recommendation! She was very understanding to my different background of training.
