More About Coach Kevin

I am currently an ARX Trainer with my own private studio. We coach several different types of clients. We specialize in getting clients stronger using ARX exclusively. The ARX equipment allows us to do this very easily by producing more negative force than what is possible on standard equipment. Before my current position my coaching background primary comes from my time in the Military and part-time coaching of high school football teams.

All formal athletic accomplishments would have been as a high school student. All other accomplishments would have been would be considered military in nature.

ARX Sessions are very simple and don't take a lot of time. All sessions vary by person, goals and abilities. A typical session would consist of a basic big 4 routine. A pushing movement, pulling movement, and a lower body movement usually a leg press or beat squat. Then finishing off a secondary upper or lower body movement.
