I have several years experience coaching high school and college football players in Strength and Conditioning as well as Offensive and Defensive Line. Additionally, I have coached all other sports in strength and conditioning in the weight room.

Set goals and record each workout and test max lifts every 6 weeks to gauge success of the program.
Note: This program is an intensive program that provides for heavy lifting and repetition hypertrophy training.
