More About Coach Kellen

I have a NFPT license with experience coaching high school football as well as training kids in youth sports. Furthermore, I have hosted several camps with NFL athletes to mentor youth football players. Lastly, I have previously acted as a personal training assistant to professional athletes & adults.

After playing 3 years of high school varsity football, I became a Top ranked recruit earning district athlete of the year and defensive player of the year in football as a senior. I then went on to play Division I football on scholarship at Oklahoma & Clemson University, where I was a key contributor as a linebacker for their 1st national title run since 1981.

I have several years of experience in the athletic realm and know that each athlete is different. First, I ask/seek what the client is looking to achieve in a session(s). Afterwards, I arrange drills, weight lifting exercises, stretching, band exercises, conditioning and cardio, followed with yoga & football training (if needed) to attain one’s goals! Moreover, I really like to mix up workouts to avoid overtraining one particular muscle groups and create balance amongst muscle mass distribution. Depending on the clients’ ambition and goals, the intensity & training exercises will vary!
