Keith I.

My name is Keith Inman. I have been coaching for three plus years. I am a Army veteran with three combat deployments and also a law enforcement officer before being critically injured. I won a state championship in high school with Division 1 AA recruitment. I have coached all age levels to include athletes at the YMCA, Middle School, and High School. I have CIC and AIC certifications.

I won a state championship while playing football in high school. I won the county championship in middle school wrestling. I have AIC and CIC certifications. I graduated Summa Cum Laude while obtaining my B.A. in Criminal Justice. I also have an undergraduate certificate in Law Enforcement Leadership. I currently assist with coaching the local middle a school who is defending county champions and the local high school who is currently undefeated.

To begin, I allow the athlete to stretch and work through a various plyometrics exercises. Then I will work with the athlete in position specific drills while tying the drill movements to game play scenarios. I will train the athlete in the cerebral portion of the sport and understand why actions are performed. I will work through specific questions the athlete may have and critique film of the athlete in the respective sport.
