More About Coach Keegan
I have been training basketball players my entire life. My father is a former Division 1 Head College coach and grew up around the game with training and camps. After my pro career I coached at the college level for 3 years, after that I coached AAU with a top team that included 3 future NBA players. I trained players all over the state of Alabama. I have also been a head boys High School coach in Alabama. Since coming to Colorado I have taken over 2 girls high school programs, and currently the Head Coach of a 6A girls program. I work and have worked with boys and girls from grade grade K all the way to professional players. Does not matter your age, if you want to get better I am happy to help!
I was very fortunate growing up with basketball opportunities. I attended NBA Top 100 camp and ABCD game for 4 straight years. In high school I was All-State, All-Metro, All-Area as well as named Birmingham News Super 5. I was blessed to be a top 100 player in the country. I played college basketball at Vanderbilt. I played professionally overseas as well.
Our sessions will always be tailored to the players needs and where they are with their skill level. These workouts will be intense, and provide a game pace structure that my ultimate goal is to GIVE YOU RESULTS! We will focus on ball handling, finishing, shooting, moves, and understanding the game. I want players to be confident-hard work and reps are what aid confidence.
