I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer with 14+ years of personal training experience. I have coached and trained athletes ages 10-70 in Oregon, Washington, Alabama and Texas with an emphasis on the high school athlete. I have worked with athletes training for soccer, football, baseball and lacrosse, but have an expertise in track and field. My focus is on helping athletes improve speed, agility, and running mechanics.

We scheduled Kate to help our 10 year old son improve his sprinting mechanics for soccer. We couldn't be happier with the session. Kate observed our son's running technique, had him do some specific drills, and left us with some simple but very effective exercises and focus points to keep in mind after the session.
It's amazing how effective one session with Kate has been - by the end of the hour he looked noticeably faster! He is now running with better technique - and most importantly with substantially more confidence. We would recommend Kate to anyone.
