More About Coach Kassidy
I have experience coaching athletes that play at the collegiate, highschool, and youth levels. All throughout my college career I was labeled as a player’s coach due to being able to teach the game to my younger teammates. Also, I volunteered coached at various high schools specializing at the wide receiver position. I work with all ages from 1st grade to college.
Played at Washington State University(WSU), University of Northern Colorado(UNC) and Auburn University(AU). I received Honorable Mention during 2022 at UNC and the Vincent Jackson team award for Most Valuable Player in 2022.
My clients can expect a detail oriented session. I send the itinerary the weekend prior to training during the following week. Each week is built upon conversations of what my clients and parents tell me the areas they want to see improvement in their craft. I believe in mindfully and holistically training my clients to know what and how their body is feeling with each movements.

Coach Kassidy is an amazing coach! I saw major improvements to my form and technique as a WR and DB after just one session. What I have enjoyed the most about his coaching is he takes time to gauge where you're at first starting out, then builds out a plan around where you are trying to go. He will also send out plans in advance of a session so I know what to expect going in and I can repeat the steps on days in between our weekly sessions. I play women's professional football, at the highest level of the sport for women, currently, and his coaching techniques have enabled me to have a competitive edge in the league.
