Kassidy G.

I have been coaching since 2017. I have six years of experience in coaching high school track, two years in college track and eight years of experience in strength coaching. I coached at Natick High school in 2019-2022, where I sent one athlete to Duke.

I was a decorated high school athlete in MA. I am now a Division 1 college athlete. Some achievements included, placing 3rd at SEC’s and being named All-SEC 2nd team my freshman year, East Regional qualifier while at the University of Alabama. Big 12 Conference champion, All-BIG12 1st team, West Regional qualifier and National qualifier my sophomore year at the University of Oklahoma (current school).

You can expect a personalized plan based on your goals and expectations. I prioritize a high level of education of one’s sport as well. For high school aged athletes I also provide support in college recruiting.
