More About Coach Karre'

During my time at Southwest Baptist University, I was fortunate enough to serve as a graduate assistant during the spring ball season. While at SBU, I was also instrumental in training some of the high school football athletes to be able to take their game to another level. During my time playing in Germany, I coached the youth team of our organization. My responsibilities included leading warm ups, drills, and installing plays. I am currently coaching an Elite 7on7 team in Houston. Our team travels around Texas to compete against other teams. When I’m not working or coaching 7on7, I conduct private lessons with 3 middle school athletes where footwork and agility drives our
sessions.

I was a two year starter at Nimitz High School. My senior year I was awarded Honorable Mention at my position of cornerback and was selected to play in the Blue Chip Senior Bowl. After high school I received a football scholarship and was a four year starter at Southwest Baptist University playing CB/FS/PR in 2010-2014. During my years at SBU I completed my career with 135 tackles, 9 pass breakups, 3 interceptions, 7 fumble recoveries, 4 forced fumbles, and 1 safety. I was also selected team captain during my senior year by teammates and coaches. In 2015 I went to play professional football in Germany where I helped lead the team to a 7-3 record finishing 3rd in our division. During the 2015 season I finished with 75 tackles, 10 pass breakups, 2 fumble recoveries 2 forced fumbles with 1 being returned for a touchdown, and 2 punt returns of 76 and 63 yards, for touchdowns.

Agility drills, speed ladders, and position drills is what we will train on. Athletes will also learn the importance of footwork and the basics of football. The proper form and techniques of running will also be taught as part of speed training.

Client Reviews

Coach Karré is exceptionally good at what he does! My son wanted to improve his speed, foot work, and agility. By the end of the first session, my son came back very encouraged and he learned a lot from Coach Karré. Coach Karré re-calibrated some of my sons areas of improvement and helped him learn several new things. I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Coach Karre for football and agility/speed training. He is extremely professional in all aspects and returns emails and phone calls promptly while communicating training times and location effectively. He communicated my son's training strategy and intent effectively and is executing the plan flawlessly. My son is making fast progress and enjoys his training sessions.

Coach Karre has been a former coaches dream in terms of passing my son on to the next level. I have been extremely satisfied with the competitive workout sessions and the amount of teaching that occurs during an hour workout. As a parent, I have watched my son's workout techniques translate into game time success at his middle school level. I highly recommend coach Karre's competitive, teachable, and proven training regimens.

I've been training a 7th grader throughout the fall of 2014. We've been training on footwork and agility on both the offense and defense side of the ball. Throughout our training he has improved tremendously. He has started on both sides of the ball playing wide receiver and free safety. He ended his season off on a great note be making a pick six in his district title game.
