I am a certified ISSA strength and conditioning coach that has worked with athletes ranging from 8- 52 years old. I currently own a minor professional football team here in Killeen named the Bell County Raiders. We send 3-4 athletes a year to the next level of competition.
I am looking forward to attaching my knowledge with your skills set and see what we can accomplish together.
As former Division 1 and professional athlete, I was allotted the opportunity to learn vast knowledge from many successful coaches throughout my career. I played college football at Middle Tennessee University as well as 9 years in the Arena Football League (AFL). The one thing I've learned is hard work always pays off, maybe not exactly when you want it to but it will pay off.
Our sessions will not be typical, we will strive to get better in all aspects of our selected sport, from the mental and physical components down to the emotional elevation that comes with great success.
We always begin with dynamic stretching for 5-10 minutes, followed by a detailed instruction as to why we are doing this particular drill and what we hope to accomplish with further demonstration. There will be plenty of mental and physical repetitions. Next we will go into the assessment of how our body moves during the drills versus how it will move when the skill set is mastered.
Our sessions will last 45 minutes - 1 hour depending the the drills for the session.
