In a hour workout a athlete can expect to increase their football IQ as it relates to field competency. I focus on position specific training as it relates to field performance. Drills encompass speed ladders, cones, resistant bands, parachutes, tennis balls, golf balls and much more in order to improve position specific fundamental movements.

Client Reviews

Coach Juwon is an excellent coach and has been a blessing to the development of my son with fundamentals and technique of the game. He is patient and understanding, and requires all athletes to give it their all with each and every rep!

Excellent skills coach to develop the budding athlete. Worth every penny and more.

The Wolfpack got its first look at Belk last summer during camp, when Coach Dave Doeren and assistant Clayton White told him they had their eye on him, but Belk hadn’t heard much until he wrapped up his senior season at Reagan, where he caught 70 passes for 1,291 yards and 17 touchdowns. It capped a meteoric two-season rise for Belk in which he went for over 2,300 yards and 26 touchdowns as the Raiders won their first Central Piedmont 4-A title and advanced to the third round of the NCHSAA playoffs for the first time. Belk had numerous Division II offers, but when NCSU got back in touch, the choice was easy. It felt great to actually hear that they had been noticing me,” he said. “I couldn’t give that up. That was just a great chance that you get once in a lifetime, to be able to play that big of a level.
