I played high school, college, and professional football but coaching was and always will be my true passion. I have been coaching for 3 years and I am now a varsity offensive coordinator in the greater Houston area. I can coach any age group but I really specialize in the 9-18 year old range for the impact I can have on their lives.
The first initial workout is a physical conditioning test so I can find out where the athlete is physically and exactly what level they are on so we can figure where we need to start.
A typical workout will start with a dynamic warmup and stretch then on too position specific drills and specialty, finishing with a conditioning activity. I am not the type to sit here and go on and on about what I can do for you or your athlete. If you want results and are willing to work for them, Im you man.
