I have worked coaching athletes for the Varsity level in Southern and Northern California for 15 years of which the last 8 years have been as the Head Football Coach. From '08-'13 I was the Head Football Coach at Northgate HS in Walnut Creek and from '14 - present I have been working as the Head Football Coach at Valley Christian HS. I also have 4 years of experience teaching olympic weight training.

I played football, and track and field at the high school and Collegiate level. I played football and through the shot put, discus, and Hammer at the University of Redlands. In the seasons of '01-'02 and '02-03 I received 1st Team All SCIAC honors as a Defensive Linemen.

Each athlete will be accessed and evaluated. After an evaluation and discussion on what your personal goals are I will put together training routines that work specific drills to improve technique and knowledge of the game in order to reach your goals.
