I have been involved in training all levels of individuals in strength, fitness, health and nutrition for over 20 years. I hold the gold standards in strength and condition as I am NSCA-CSCS certified as well as being a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance coach, a certified level 3 CrossFit trainer, a certified sports nutritionist through the international society of sports nutrition as well as holding my certification in functional movement screen and am a level 1 certified precision nutrition coach. By summer 2017 end I will also be certified as a health coach by the American Council on Exercise and have my NSCA Tactical Strength and Conditioning Certification
I was a Track and Field athlete in college throwing the shot and discuss. After college I played rugby for a short period of time before refereeing. As a rugby referee I was a national level referee for a few years. I also have been involved with coaching rugby at the collegiate and high school levels for over 15 years
Every session is based on the clients goals and individual abilities. Each session would start with a warm up, some movement preparation work, some movement Correction exercises if needed, followed by the pre-planned strength or conditioning work. Every session would end with a cool down and mobility
