Juaquin I.

I have trained all types of athletes from all ages 4-21+ years of age. Though I have not officially coached or trained people professionally i have done it on many different occasions. Whether it be through my annual football camp with kids or just my peers that I take through workouts along with me. I have also trained women as well using that same method. I am willing to coach/train any group of people from Boys/Men or Girls/Women of all ages.

Killeen High School (Killeen,TX) -Was a three sport starter. Led my basketball team to 3rd round of playoffs and led the team in scoring with 17.8 ppg average. Was the anchor (4th) leg on state champion 4X200 meter relay team. In football is where I really thrived though in sports. I was a started on both offense and defense and led team in all Wide Receiver stats.
I received a college Scholarship to the University of Oklahoma where I became 2nd all time in many categories both at the WR position and Kick Returner.
From college I was drafted to the Chicago Bears 99th overall in the 2009 NFL draft. Played with the Minnesota Vikings (2011) and Houston Texans (2012)
I also played professional football in the (CFL) Canadian Football League

A client can expect to be challenged and not go through the same exercises everyday. I will try to work all parts of the body as well as giving the client more knowledge about being physically fit as well. I always start a workout with about 10 mins. of stretching. Then from there I always incorporate some type of speed and agility work then finish with cardio. Again though I will not do the same exercises everyday it will vary day to day.
