More About Coach Joseph
I train athletes starting from age five all the way up to thirty as of right now. I train athletes with little to know experience to pro athletes.
I've played college basketball and I've played professionally in Spain. I've worked out for the 76ers Nba G League team. I've also played in Mexico as well.
We will work on everything from footwork to mental preparation. We will assess where we are and work from there. I want you to be the best YOU that you can be!

My 13-year-old son had his first session with Coach Joseph this pass Sunday in Hagerstown, Maryland. The workout facility is state of art, and the coach spent 4.5 hours teaching my 6-foot son: Strengthening, Balance, Ball Dribbling, Passing Drills, Shooting, Technique, Form, and optimal Ball Arch to the hoop. Coach Joseph is knowledgeable, patient, enthusiastic, encouraging, and was never short on accolades. When my son attempted to revert to his old style, Coach Joseph would immediately make on the spot correction(s) and demonstrated why this was placing him at a disadvantage in the context of the game. In just one session, my son looks like a whole different player in his form, attitude, and shooting confidence.
