I've coached and also trained athletes anywhere from elementary all the way to high school students. Yes I'm young but I've been in this sport for 8 consecutive years I've lead middle school and high school students to state championships. I can work with any age group I have done it in the past. I have worked as a coach and a trainer in Vero Beach, Florida ...Thompson elementary, Oslo Middle school, and Vero Beach high school. I'm a well mannered person and very respectful .I will be honored to work with any athlete that wants to exceed in this sport and want to get far.

I competed at a college level in vero beach doing any race my coach threw at me. And getting personal records and also placing in events.I hurt my leg one year but pushed through it and ran the 300meter hurdles and placed in it as well.

A typical session with me I would have them stretch to get warmed up and do a jog around the track have them take a water break and ask everyone what they're core event is and have them run it a couple of times and while they run I will see what I can do to help them shave times off the clock and work from there afterwards I will have them do a cool down and then tell them the plans for next time so i can help them.
