More About Coach Jordan
I have been playing sports since I was 6 years old. I played football since I was 7. I got a full athletic scholarship to Towson University & then went on to play 8 years in the NFL! I've been around sports all my life and have experienced everything there is to know to better yourself. Recently, after my career I had an internship with the FAU Football S&C summer workout program and also coached DB's at American Heritage (Delray) in 2022. I train 7 and up.
I've been a team captain on every level of football. Full Scholarship to Towson where I became a 2 time Team Captain, a 2 time All-American, and a 2 time 1st team All-CAA! I was also awarded the 2012 Towson Male Athlete of The Year award. I Played 8 years in the NFL, 7 with the Pittsburgh Steelers ('14-'20). I was named Captain for the 2020 season and ended the season on the Pro-Bowl ballet.
The client should expect me to do whatever it is to get the best out them. I will push my clients to the limits I know they can reach. I will offer specific drills as well as techniques with a little bit of extra conditioning! I always say stamina beats speed any day. Sessions will run 45 minutes - 1 Hour. I will put you through a 10-15 dynamic warm up and stretch to get you warmed up followed by a break. Expect to do 3-4 different drills with breaks in between.
