Coach Johnny has been a strength and conditioning coach for over 10 years. He earned his B.S. in Kinesiology at the Cal State University Long Beach, and his Masters of Science in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Edinburgh. While there, he worked with the university's Olympic rowing and swimming development programs

JOHNNY IS A LIFELONG RUGBY PLAYER WITH VAST RUGBY PLAYING EXPERIENCE AROUND THE WORLD. HE HAS COMPLETED INTERNSHIPS AT EXOS AND VELOCITY SPORTS PERFORMANCE, WHERE HE WORKED AND LEARNED FROM WORLD CLASS COACHES AND HELPED COACH NFL, MLB, NHL YOUTH ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT AND NFL COMBINE PROSPECTS. JOHNNY IS A CERTIFIED STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH AND A CERTIFIED SPEED AND AGILITY SPECIALIST.
As a coach, Johnny makes it his mission to learn how he can help athletes avoid injury and allow them to reach their full potential.

Coach Johnny is an avid and competitive rugby player. He started playing at the age of 5 and has continued to play. He has had the opportunity to play around the world, including Scotland, Argentina, Chile, and around the United States.
Today, he continues to play rugby at a highly competitive level.

Sessions will include specific warm ups that will be dictated by the training concentration of the day.
Speed and agility will be addressed if it is required. It is imperative that field sport athletes train speed and agility.
Weight lifting follows which will help you build strength and power, as well as strengthening your weakness.
Conditioning will follow, which will change on a daily basis as we will target different energy systems.
