- Recently coached Men's 3rd Place - 55m Indoor State Championships, Men's 5th Place 4x400, Women's 4x400-8th place at Outdoor State Championships(all in California)
- Records broken while coaching at Bonita High School: Men's: 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m; Women's: 100m, 4x100m, 4x400m

- 2 Gold Medals at the Pan Armenian Olympic Games in 100m and 200m.

1. Focus on technique, form, drills, phases in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 400m and 4x100/4x400 relays
2. Emphasis on nutrition and supplements (I will give each athlete a meal plan along with which supplements to buy and how to use them)
3. Weight Room Program - compliments our track workouts
4. Video Analysis/Film Study - I will film the athlete and provide a thorough video analysis of their workout (weight room and track workouts)
5. Workouts will range from 60min to 90min depending on the level of the athlete

Before you came, coaches would pay attention to us if we were scoring points. If we were not, then they would ignore us. Now with you coaching us, I feel that you care about us as people and not just athletes.

Coach Johnny has been one of the best coaches I have ever had. He made me such a better runner and person. Not only does he teach you to become a better athlete, he also makes you a better person by setting a good example on how to live life. He always has something good to say about you and gets to know you so he knows how to coach you. If it wasn't for him, I don't think I would have done as good as I did this year
